What is a tenant profile?

A tenant profile contains your personal details, financial information and rental preferences. This helps us match you with suitable properties more quickly.

How is it determined whether I have sufficient income to qualify for a property?

We have an obligation to our landlords to assess the financial eligibility of prospective tenants. Our agency follows the 1/3 rule, which means that your net income must be approximately three times the monthly rent.

How many months’ rent does the deposit cover?

This depends on the type of flat or garage, but we generally require a 3-month security deposit.

What costs are involved in renting a property?

First month’s rent plus charges, a security deposit, a property inventory and a compulsory insurance policy.
